Dr. Ina Richter

Attorney, Specialist Attorney in administrative law,  

After training as a skilled construction worker, Ina Richter went on to study Law in Bayreuth, Berlin and Leipzig. She worked as a research assistant at the University of Leipzig before starting her legal career in 1999. Since then, Ina Richter has advised and represented local authorities and their special-purpose associations as well as companies and independent providers of youth welfare services. She has extensive knowledge of and experience in the laws governing special-purpose associations, the water, sewerage and road sectors, municipal and municipal tax law, and the reimbursement of the costs involved in operating children’s daycare centres.
