Municipal tax law

We advise municipalities and associations in all important matters of municipal tax law (contributions, fees, reimbursement of expenses, municipal taxes). The main focal points are:

Drafting and legal review of by-laws instituting levies, including the preparation of draft resolutions and justifications

Advising and representation of municipalities in the event of legal supervision or audit reports

Advising and representation in the event of raising of municipal taxes, legal disputes pursuant to municipal taxes or judicial review proceedings

Review of variations in tax law in the event of changes in municipal institutions, for example as the result of municipal territory changes with different tax rates or in the event of changes in the structure of the association or the articles of association

Assertion of municipal claims pursuant to municipal taxes, enforcement and recovery
