Jördis Ambach studied Law in Potsdam, Manchester (UK) and Leipzig, and Business Administration at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. After working as a research assistant at the University of Leipzig, she began her legal career in 2007. Jördis Ambach has nearly 20 years’ experience advising on new business ventures and start-ups, M&A transactions and corporate restructuring and conversions. She employs her extensive knowledge and experience to advise clients in Germany and abroad on commercial, distribution and licensing law.
